ANNUAL CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Clubs MUST renew their membership to continue receiving Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) benefits and insurance coverage. If your club was registered with AGF for the 2022-2023 season, and remained in good standing, you can renew their club’s membership for the 2023-2024 season. The deadline is July 31, 2023.

(If you are not in good standing, you will be required to submit a new AGF Club Membership application).

To be considered fully registered a club must:

• Complete the online Club Membership Application on Uplifter
• Remit Club Membership fee payment

Please note: Registration must be completed by July 31, 2023, even if your club does not submit members until later sessions. This ensures there is no lapse in insurance coverage.

Any Club that has NOT renewed by August 1, 2023 will be perceived as non-renewing. To be re-instated the club must submit a NEW Club Membership application which will be reviewed by the Board of Directors.

New Clubs applying for membership are required to submit a deposit based on the proposed programming as per below. This amount will be held for the first season of membership and credited to your account in the following season.

• GENERAL MEMBERSHIP INCLUDING GYMNASTICS FOR ALL (GFA)              $500.00
• GFA + DEVELOPMENTAL                                                                                      $1,000.00
• GFA + DEVELOPMENTAL + COMPETITIVE                                                        $1,500.00

To be considered fully registered a club must:

• Complete the online Club Membership Application on Uplifter
• Remit Club Membership fee payment.

Once completed application and payment has been submitted it will be reviewed for approval by the AGF Board of Directors at their next scheduled meeting. 

A club that has NOT received approval (or is awaiting approval) of AGF membership CANNOT collect or charge AGF membership fees.  If the club is collecting fees without AGF approval they will be denied membership.
